PRAYER AND WORSHIP COMMISSION

This commission nourishes and gives direction to the liturgical and communal prayer life of the community. The members collaborate with the pastor and staff in this area of mission on liturgy preparation, the training and formation of the various liturgical ministers, and the formation of the assembly about the sacraments and liturgy. The commission may have committees, such as environment, extraordinary ministers of the Eucharist, greeters, and lectors.

This commission meets monthly on the third Monday of each month. Training and enrichment evenings are held at the parish on a regular basis for all liturgical ministries. If you are interested in giving service through liturgical ministries, learning more about the liturgical ministries, or the Worship Commission, please contact the parish office.  The Worship Commission meets monthly from September through May.

YOUR GIFT OF TIME: one monthly meeting, 1 hours in length, special projects as needed.
