In 2018, Richfield residents approved the “Richfield Road Referendum,” doubling the annual road budget to $1.5M and allowing 31 miles—about 20% of Village roads—to be resurfaced. As the referendum ends in 2027, the Village Board will rely on resident feedback to guide future roadway funding decisions.
